Rabat Business School's Programme Grande Ecole  (PGE) aims to train future managers, to help them acquire the professional and personal skills necessary to effectively manage an organization and thus contribute to the creation of economic value in a context of “ a globalized economy.

Program objectives

The Rabat Business School Grande École Program is built around three levers:
• The junior manager of tomorrow will necessarily have an INTERNATIONAL profile and open to MULTICULTURALITY.
• The junior manager of tomorrow must be, upon leaving school, a “junior expert” in a key area of ​​management in order to be immediately operational, efficient and credible in his role.

PGE 1st year internship: “Operational mission” internship mainly in the field (minimum 6 weeks).

Business Game: Management simulation educational tool based on experimentation. It is a question, in groups of 5 to 6 students, of managing a virtual company by taking into account the consequences of its own decisions (commercial, marketing, financial, logistics, strategy, HR, etc.), at the same time in relation to internal management (turnover, results, etc.) but also in relation to the reactions of competitors. The exercise takes place over a blocked period of one week.

At Rabat Business Schooll, the Business Game allows first year students to learn in a fun way the reality facing companies. He is supervised by a team of teachers and is subject to evaluation.

Deepen Your Knowledge
This second year allows students to deepen their knowledge of managerial functions so that they have developed an interest in the 1st year edition. At the end of the third semester of training, the student integrates the course of his choice and thus decides on the content of his learning during the last three semesters of his training by selecting courses from one of the 4 possible choices.

 2nd year PGE stage: "Function" internship, allowing students to experience a function within an organization in order to specify their first career choices (minimum 8 weeks).

In the 3rd year, students specialize in a management discipline and go out of their comfort zone by confronting their realities and visions with those of a foreign culture, thanks to the compulsory academic exchange of one semester, among more than 100 schools. partners in Europe, Asia and North and South America.

PGE 3rd year internship: "Expertise" internship, on which the student will base his final thesis (Graduating Project), in connection with his professional objectives (minimum 16 weeks).

Possibility of a double degree: Some exchanges allow registration for a double degree. In this case, the students obtain, under conditions of success, the diploma of the partner university in addition to the diploma of Rabat Business School.

International Training Course
During their course, all students of the Grande Ecole Program are required to spend at least one semester of academic exchange abroad in partner Business Schools spread across the globe.
Experimentation and professional guidance
An integral part of the Grande École Program
Activity within the Business Units is an integral part of the Grande École Program training. Real platforms for professional experimentation, Business Units allow you to work in a team, manage, manage and develop projects in an operational context very close to the reality of the company. Supervised and assessed, students apply their theoretical knowledge in management and business management acquired during the "field". The Business Units are divided into several areas of activity and the choice of projects is vast: business services, entrepreneurship, sustainable development, finance, humanitarian projects, sports, artistic and cultural events, student services, etc.
To enable them to refine their professional choice, the Grande École Program professionalises its students by including at least 30 weeks of internship in their course


• CPGE route - Admission after a preparatory class:
Access to the 1st year of the Rabat Business School Grande Ecole Program after 2 years in preparatory commercial classes (ECS, ECT, ECE) is conditioned by:
  Success in the written and oral exams of the CNAEM joint competition - National Competition for Access to Management Schools.
  The choice of Rabat Business School of the International University of Rabat at the time of assignments.

• AST route - Admission on the basis of:
Access to the 1st year of the Grande Ecole Program of Rabat Business School after a DEUG / DUT / BTS or 4 validated semesters of accredited management training is conditioned by:
  Online application and validation of the academic file
  Successful completion of the Written Competition - Eligibility Tests - One session only on July 9, 2021
  Logical Reasoning & General Culture Test

  Successful completion of the Oral Interview - Admission Tests - One session only on July 16, 2021

• AST route - Admission on the basis of:
Access to the 2nd year of the Grande Ecole Program of Rabat Business School after a Bachelor's degree, a Bachelor's degree or 6 validated semesters of accredited management training is conditioned by:
